Minutes of the 3rd meeting

To sum up:

CZECH REPUBLIC

International dissemination.
The coordinator of the Hungarian team, Peter Monok, disseminated results of a KA2 project Maths is My Friend.

Presentation

The Czech Republican team made a presentation of the local territory and the national education system.

Web Page

We discussed final results and the project evaluation.
It was decided that a professional web page would be created to enable a wider dissemination of the results of the project. The Spanish team will be responsible for this but all partners must contribute, sending reports and information to be uploaded to the Spanish team by the end of June.
We agreed on the structure of the web page.
It will include a video of approximately 4 minutes recounting briefly our experiences shared during the Transnational Meetings and the Learning, Teaching and Training Activities.
The Hungarian team will be responsible for creating this.
Pdf presentations of all the partner countries will be included and brief reports of the activities during the mobilities. Links to each partner school website and to Etwinning ( which all partners must update) will also be included.

Results Platform
The Spanish team will upload all results on the results platform. It was decided to upload the 28 books created (one from each of the seven countries on the 4 topics of protected ecosystems, recycling, responsible water consumption and renewable energies) and the collective story book on the topic of the rain and water and also the collective book of poems and chants as stipulated in the project planning.

Final Report
Clarifications were made concerning the compilation of the final report.
The coordinator has to first complete and send a general report after which all partners can then complete and send their individual reports.
The final report has to be filled in from 1st September to 31st October and not before.
The teams worked together on a draft of some common parts of the final report.
Mobility Tool
All (coordinator and partners) have to use Mobility Tool to fill in reports.

Financial report
Financial reports are individual. Each partner school has to complete their own budget in accordance with national agency requirements.
Dissemination, visibility, durability
We evaluated the ways of disseminating the project results at local, national and international levels.
Sustainability
The Czech Republican team planted a tree in the school grounds to comemorate the project. It will serve as a reminder to future pupils, visitors and generations of the work carried out and the experiences shared by the partnership throughout the project.
